Reappointments to the Administrative Review Tribunal
The Australian Government has reappointed four Deputy Presidents to the Administrative Review Tribunal (ART), for two-year terms to commence between May and July 2025.
The Hon Justice Lisa Hespe
The Hon Justice Geoffrey Kennett
The Hon Justice Melissa Perry
The Hon Justice Thomas Thawley
Each Deputy President was appointed in accordance with section 206 of the Administrative Review Tribunal Act 2024.
These Deputy Presidents bring extensive experience and expertise across a range of relevant practice areas and will continue to support the ART to be user-focused, efficient, accessible, independent and fair.
I congratulate each of these Deputy Presidents on their reappointment and thank them for their willingness to serve the Tribunal.
