The Keysborough Bowls Club has been successful in its bid for a $5,000 grant to buy and install a new PA system through the federal Stronger Communities Program, after its application was endorsed by Federal Member for Isaacs Mark Dreyfus.
I congratulate the Keysborough Bowls Club on its success in receiving this grant. The Keysborough Bowls Club is an institution of the Keysborough community and I was very pleased to be able to help the club to get this grant, Mr Dreyfus said.
I held a very successful Seniors Morning Tea at the Keysborough Bowls Club in October this year. It is clearly a popular and successful venue and Im just happy to have been able to do my bit for this great club.
I look forward to the new PA system being installed and wish the club the best for its summer bowls season, Mr Dreyfus said.
