MARK DREYFUS AND SONYA KILKENNY TO RACE OFF IN CARRUM
Federal Member for Isaacs Mark Dreyfus QC MP and State Member for Carrum, Sonya Kilkenny MP will race each other in the 6km Carrum Coast Guard Around the River Fun Run on February 21.
Ive been training as much as possible, running up and down Mordialloc Beach when I can, Mr Dreyfus said.
Sonya is a formidable athlete, but Im quietly confident that with my training Ill put in a good show.
In the end, Ill just be happy to help raise some funds for the Carrum Coast Guard, Mr Dreyfus said.
State Member for Carrum Sonya Kilkenny will be running in her first Carrum Coast Guard Around the River Fun Run.
The Carrum Coast Guard Around the River Fun Run is for a great cause. Im really looking forward to participating and also giving Mark a run for his money, Ms Kilkenny said.
