DREYFUS CELEBRATES SCHOOLS TREE DAY IN CARRUM DOWNS
Federal Member for Isaacs Mark Dreyfus has celebrated Schools Tree Day by planting a tree with students at Carrum Downs Secondary College.
Schools Tree Day is one of the great events of our community, Mr Dreyfus said.
I was very pleased to donate an indigenous tree to each of 42 schools in the Isaacs electorate.
It is great that so many young local students have shown an interest in native botany and I thank all of the students who helped me plant a tree in Carrum Downs.
