CARRUM LIFESAVING CLUB RIDES WAVE WITH GRANT
Federal Member for Isaacs Mark Dreyfus has welcomed news that the Carrum Lifesaving Club will receive $5,292 to purchase audio visual equipment to assist with lifesaving demonstrations and educational classes.
Mr Dreyfus recommended the project for funding under the first round of the Stronger Communities Grants Programme.
I congratulate the Carrum Lifesaving Club on receiving this grant, Mr Dreyfus said.
I am a big supporter of the Carrum Lifesaving Club and was very pleased to assist them in obtaining this grant.
I am sure that the project will be a great success for the Carrum Lifesaving Club as they deliver essential lifesaving education programs to our community, Mr Dreyfus said.
